Gold Design Plan

  • Custom Website Design and Custom Logo.

  • FrontPage/Design Time Includes for menus and DWT.

  • Basic pages which consist of Search, Contact ( PHP or ASP forms), Privacy Policy, Sitemap and About as well as the homepage.

FrontPage or EW instruction given. Which is limited to Four Hours.
Up to twenty-five photos will be optimised and cropped for the site as part of the package. All content and photos are to be supplied by the client, except for design photos which comprise part of the web layout.

The silver design plan is the same as the Gold Design Plan with the below differences.

Custom Design Plan

What does Custom Design mean?

This means we discuss your needs, that perhaps go beyond the scope of the standard packages outlined above, and we custom fit your requirements and price accordingly. There is no standing charge for a Custom Design Plan, the pricing will reflect your requirements only and adjustments can be made to fit your budget.

To this end it helps if you have an idea of what you want us to achieve for your site. Look at other sites to cull ideas you want to incorporate and we will discuss to see if this is possible.

The nature of a custom Design plan is such that till we know exactly what you require we cannot quote you a price. Please contact us for discussion.

Maintenance Contract Plans

Maintenance Contract Plans are your safety net. We ensure your site is kept up-to-date with content you provide in a timely manner.

Client Maintenance Contract Plan

PRICE: $31.50/£15 per New Page or $125/£60 for five New Pages
PRICE: $5.50/£2.50 per New Photo or $21/£10 for five New Photos

NOTE: If the client provides the photo, properly sized, with border or drop shadow if necessary, thumbnails or enlargements, and well optimized the fee for photos is waived.

PRICE: $10.50/£5 for three established pages. Basic editing and publishing. Adding or removing content, links, email addresses and Images according to your needs.

We like to give back to our design clients and so you are charged at a lower rate for a client maintenance contract plan than for a optional maintenance contract plan, because we have worked with you from start to finish in the designing of your site.

Optional Maintenance Contract Plan

PRICE: $42.50/ £20 per New Page
PRICE: $5.50/£2.50 per New Photo

NOTE: If the client provides the photo, properly sized, with border or drop shadow if necessary, thumbnails or enlargements, and well optimized the fee for photos is waived.

PRICE: $21/£10 for Three established Pages. Updating existing pages with content, links and images.

Working with someone else's code can prove difficult and this is reflected in our optional maintenance contract plan. Standard compliant sites for small business encourage growth and we achieve this with our Design Plan packages.

Coding Makeover

Sometimes your happy with the overall design and presentation of your site, however due to just a little more experience and by asking some pointed questions you come to understand that your previous designer perhaps might not have known all there is to about coding. The problem is your not knowledgeable enough yet with FrontPage or Expression Web to feel confident about making those kind of changes to fix your site.

This is where Any Expression Web Designs comes in. What can we do for you? Well, we can fix your template or dwt and leave you to implement the correctly coded template.

NOTE: What does correctly coded mean? This means it validates code wise but still looks the same on the surface if you think correct coding does not matter, it does. - Your site should be accessible to everyone, it should display within tolerances the same in the major browsers and validating it will improve your chances in the search engine stakes.

We can also fix your template and implement the changes for you throughout your site, which is not as easy as it sounds. You have to remove all the formatting from the content so you can place it cleanly into your correctly coded new template/dwt pages. The correctly coded template and implementation will also include small basic SEO changes where I feel they are needed if this does not involve too much extra work, if I feel it does I will inform you those changes should be included with a optional maintenance contract plan. */*

  • You can request all or part of the above packages but the price still remains the same. You can extend the package*.
  • * Extending your package, email me to discuss your needs.
  • *** I will consider $50 part barter for goods or services.
  •  All content and photos are to be supplied by the client, except for design photos which comprise part of the web layout.
  • We use External Cascading Style Sheets in our designs, that fully validate.
  • We fully validate our xhtml/html code.
  • We apply accessibility and usability to our designs as a matter of first choice.
  •  We observe Ethical Search Engine Optimisation methods at all times.
  • All requests are considered.

NB: We do not do the following.

There will be NO Webbots used on your site with the exception of FrontPage Includes as they are currently known as. We do not include webbots even upon request.
We DO NOT use scripts such as No right click.
We DO NOT use hit counters on sites.
We DO NOT make splash pages even upon request.

Upon agreeing what Design Package Plan you are going to take out, we will send you a contract via email to sign digitally (i.e. type your name), which you email back to us. Upon signing you agree to pay half the payment before the start date and the rest in full upon completion of the project before the launch date. We accept payment through Paypal. We do accept USA and UK Cheques, however they must clear before we can proceed.
